Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for: Supporting Project Managers with the successful delivery of large-scale federal construction projects. Coordinating project documentation, schedules, subcontractors, and project communications. Assisting with project planning, procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking. Managing and maintaining project records through Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other project management platforms. Participating in site visits and collaborating closely with field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Supporting project scheduling activities and tracking progress against delivery timelines. Working closely with senior leadership and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Minimum 3 years of construction project management or assistant project management experience. Previous experience supporting federal construction projects is required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Experience using SharePoint. Bluebeam experience is preferred. AutoCAD experience is highly desirable. P6 scheduling experience is a plus. Strong communication, orgaization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
