Simplified Management is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee active fix-and-flip and residential renovation projects across our Maine portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you will lead in-house field crews, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, and take ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, materials, and completion . What You'll Do Manage multiple residential renovation projects from scope through completion. Lead and prioritize work for in-house field crews. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners. Manage schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and project scope. Decide when work should be handled internally versus subcontracted. Conduct jobsite visits and ensure work meets quality standards. Identify issues early and take action to keep projects on track. Hold crews and subcontractors accountable for quality and completion. What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction project management or comparable field experience. Strong residential renovation or fix-and-flip experience. Experience leading field employees or crews. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects. Strong organization, attention to detail, and field judgment. Ability to make independent, cost-effective decisions. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites. Construction Supervisor License preferred. Why Join Us?
