Job Description Lead on-site construction operations for healthcare renovation and expansion projects throughout Maine. Manage large-scale projects valued at $25M+ from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and budget objectives while driving field productivity. Oversee safety compliance and enforce best practices across all jobsite activities. Work closely with project management teams to proactively address challenges and keep projects on track. Manage construction activities within active healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to facility operations. Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspections. Travel throughout Maine to support projects as required. Serve as a key leader on project teams and mentor field personnel.

The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 10-15 years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Significant healthcare construction experience, specifically hospital renovation projects. Experience leading large-scale construction projects valued at $25M or greater. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex field operations. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety. Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities. Background delivering institutional or complex commercial construction projects. Strong leadership and team development experience. Stable employment history demonstrating progressive responsibility.
