NFI North Oliver Place, an adolescent residential treatment program for ages 14 - 20 is seeking a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent is preferred, plus a minimum of one year working with youth. Candidates should be an experienced team player, enjoy new challenges daily and be level headed during crisis situations. Good organization and communication skills necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise quick and safe decision making is also required. The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic, creative and love working with adolescents. Must be willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals.
