Established company with a diverse pipeline of work in Maine Room for growth within the company About Our Client A company in the property industry based in greater Portland. With 40+ years in business they operate across the state of Maine building a mix of ground up and renovation projects. Job Description Responsibilities for the Project Manager Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor quality standards and safety protocols on-site. Resolve issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Oversee resource allocation and procurement of materials. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software.
