Annual salary range of $90

Foreman:

Envision the finished project and develop a schedule to keep it on track, on time, and on budget. Take the lead role on assigned projects. Read and study the blueprints, lay out the project and assign crew members their roles. Attend pre-construction meetings. Perform site assessments. Create material lists, order materials, and coordinate material deliveries. Coordinate subcontractors. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, discuss financial matters, and address any concerns promptly. Create Additional Work Authorizations as needed. Proactively schedule all project details and anticipate future needs. Give direction and training to carpenters, apprentice carpenters, and laborers. Order and purchase all equipment rentals, supplies, and tools with approval from management. Adhere to all NU-YAR Construction safety policies, ensure safety meetings are held weekly, and enforce all policies with crew members.
