Job Description Multifamily Superintendent - Renovation Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets. Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Monitor daily progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and completion of work.
