A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
3+ years of construction project management, project coordination, or comparable field execution experience Strong fix-and-flip or residential renovation experience required Experience leading in-house employees or field crews while managing subcontractors and trade partners Ability to make independent, cost-effective resource decisions between internal labor and subcontracted work Proven ability to maintain control of project scope, schedule, budget, labor, materials, and multiple active projects Strong field judgment with a focus on quality, standards, organization, accuracy, and accountability Ability to identify issues early, assess the facts, and make practical decisions Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction/project management tools Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned project locations Construction Supervisor License preferred, or actively pursuing applicable licensingABOUT SIMPLIFIED MANAGEMENT
