Owning quality control. You'll inspect and sign off on each phase (prep, prime, first coat, final coat) before the crew moves forward, and you have full authority to stop work that isn't up to standard. Handling on-site problems calmly and escalating to the Project Manager when the scope, budget, or timeline is affected. Representing Bay View Painting to clients and coordinating respectfully with other trades on site. Leading end-of-day cleanup so every property is left cleaner than we found it. What We're Looking For Solid hands-on painting experience across prep and finish work , interior and exterior (filling, sanding, caulking, priming, cutting, rolling, and spraying). Knowledge of moisture testing, mil thickness, and proper coating sequence is a big plus.
