Job Summary Join our culinary team as a Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting Claws' delicious dishes with precision and flair, ensuring every plate meets our high standards for quality and safety. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers Follow food safety protocols diligently, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with meal preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure timely service during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and uphold communication standards Maintain a clean work station by regularly cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment in accordance with safety standards Requirements Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food industry safety standards and food handling procedures Ability to follow recipes precisely and adhere to meal preparation guidelines Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen team members Basic culinary experience including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning responsibilities Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per weekBenefits:
