Job Description Responsibilities Lead on-site construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects Manage daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate construction activities in occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruptions Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges Conduct regular site meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and healthcare regulations Mentor and develop field staff while promoting a positive jobsite culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
