Job Description Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide construction efforts. Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements and deadlines. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site activities. Foster clear communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve challenges efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have: Experience overseeing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines.
