Job Description The Superintendent - Healthcare will: Lead onsite construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects. Manage schedules, site logisitcs, subcontractors, and safety programs. Coordinate project execution with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams. Ensure quality standards and project milestones are consistently met. Oversee projects valued at $25M+ from start through completion. Travel throughout Maine to support active project sites. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have: 10-15+ years of construction superintendent experience. Proven healthcare or hospital renovation project experience. Track record leading large-scale projects valued at $25M or more. Strong leadership, scheduling, and team management skills. Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine. Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
