Full-Time, Immediate Need An established, highly respected commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to spearhead major ground-up projects in Michigan.Prefer people with:
multifamily and mixed use experience can also have high-rise or healthcare or hospital experienceLead Major Projects:
Independently manage complex ground-up builds, schedules, trades, and safety.Mentor Future Leaders:
Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the overall field team.Drive Field Culture:
Lead with a level-headed, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. 📝Ideal Background Experience:
10-25+ years in commercial construction preferred.Project History:
Proven track record running 12-20+ story mixed-use or residential high-rises preferred.Stability:
Stable career progression showing clear project ownership.Note:
