A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

The ideal candidate will:

provide daily online updates for all open jobs solicit requests, obtain required forms and upload them to each job communicate daily with administrative personnel and all construction project managers label and upload detailed construction job photos follow through to be sure all timelines are met demonstrate the Paul Davis values of integrity, excellence and outstanding customer service The hourly pay for this position is based upon experience. Hours are M-F from 8-5. Training on program requirements and the industry specific software will be provided.
