Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Responsibilities:
Review incoming bid invitations and project documents Download and organize plans, specifications, and addendums Assist estimators with preparing and submitting bids Track bid due dates and maintain the estimating schedule Send RFIs and communicate with general contractors when needed Request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors Help prepare proposals and bid packages Track submitted bids and assist with follow-ups Maintain organized project files and estimating records Assist with project handoff from estimating to operations after award
What We're Looking For:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong computer and communication skills Able to manage multiple deadlines at once Comfortable reading construction documents and plans Construction experience is preferred Estimating or project coordination experience is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the company This is a great opportunity for someone who understands construction and wants to develop their career in estimating and project management .
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
