We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction activities on mid-to-large scale projects. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of electrical scope, providing field leadership, coordinating crews and subcontractors, interpreting contract documents and drawings, and ensuring quality workmanship and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, proven construction leadership, and the ability to work across commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and multi-family environments. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day on-site leadership for electrical construction activities, supervising electricians, foremen and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.

Interpret electrical drawings, specifications and contract documents; coordinate with project management, engineering and trades to resolve field issues and RFIs.

Plan, sequence and schedule work for crews; manage manpower, equipment and material allocation to maintain productivity and meet milestones.

Enforce safety programs and jobsite safety standards (OSHA, company policies); conduct toolbox talks, site inspections and incident reporting.

Oversee installation, termination and testing of electrical systems including power distribution, transformers, switchgear, panels, feeders, lighting, grounding and UPS systems.

Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, temporary power, hoisting and access; manage storage and material control to prevent delays and damage. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of electrical construction experience as an Electrical Superintenednt with ground up electrical projects

Some experience with Mission Critical, Data Center, or Commercial projects Demonstrated experience managing electrical scope in Construction projects; must have hands-on understanding of installation techniques and trade sequencing.

Required skills: Electrical Superintendent, Construction proven ability to lead electrical crews and manage jobsite operations.

Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, testing procedures and commissioning requirements. Benefits Full Benefits Included For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position. Preferred Skills
