Superintendent

• Design/Build Construction & Development Firm We're partnered with an established design/build construction firm that's looking to add a Superintendent to their field leadership team.

In business over 30 years with an in-house development arm and a construction division that launched in 2006, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering industrial and commercial projects across the region. They offer the stability of a well-established company alongside the agility of a design/build model where construction, development, and design work hand in hand. Their projects typically range from $1M to $15M, with occasional projects reaching up to $20M.

Project Types Include:

Industrial builds and manufacturing facilities Automotive manufacturer facilities Retail developments Fire stations and municipal buildings Commercial ground-up and renovation projects

The Role:

Lead day-to-day field operations on industrial and commercial projects Manage site logistics, schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and safety Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership, architects, and trade partners Drive subcontractor meetings and maintain strong field communication Oversee quality control and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard Help build strong relationships with clients and repeat trade partners Play a key role in planning, sequencing, and constructability throughout the project

Strong ground-up construction experience with a design/build or general contracting firm Experience leading industrial, commercial, or manufacturing projects Ability to run projects independently from sitework through turnover Strong scheduling, communication, and subcontractor management skills A team-first Superintendent who leads from the front and takes pride in quality
