Salary:

Job Details Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on safety and quality

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Enforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environment Monitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environment Review and resolve any field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership By stepping into this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects and build your career with an organization that values your expertise and contributions.
