$110K-$160K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The Superintendent will manage on-site operations, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain schedules and budgets, and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and owners on projects including ground-up, design-build, K-12 and higher education, hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, retail and industrial work. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and technical skills and a proven track record delivering complex urban and high-rise projects on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect day-to-day field operations for multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring work meets schedule, budget and quality targetsPlan, sequence and supervise all construction activities for ground-up, design-build, high-rise, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, retail and educational projectsEnforce company and regulatory safety programs (OSHA), conduct site safety meetings, and ensure a culture of zero incidentsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, craft labor, suppliers and site logistics to optimize productivity and maintain project flowInterpret and manage construction documents, drawings and specifications; identify and resolve constructability issues in coordination with project management and design teamsMaintain accurate daily reports, progress photos, logs, RFIs and submittals using construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)Qualifications7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projectsProven experience across one or more sectors: K-12 and higher education, hospitality/hotels, multifamily/multi-family, retail, healthcare/hospital/medical, high-rise, industrial and urban environmentsExperience tackling projects in $5M-$50M rangeProcore, Bluebeam or similar construction management tools preferredCandidates who fill out skill and questions move to the front of the application process!
