Residential Remodeler / Forman

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Remodeler / Foreman to lead and oversee residential renovation projects from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage remodeling crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will drive project success through effective supervision, detailed planning, and adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise in construction management and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Duties Lead and supervise residential remodeling crews, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality craftsmanship Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to meet deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide on-site activities Manage daily site operations, including safety compliance with OSHA standards and quality control inspections Oversee budgeting, procurement, and contract management to ensure projects stay within financial parameters Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters and other testing equipment to verify electrical integrity and safety Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly Skills Extensive construction site experience with residential remodeling projects Proven management and supervising experience leading construction crews Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Construction management tools Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and construction estimating Knowledge of contracts, scope of work development, and quality assurance procedures Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety Skilled in using measurement tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively Join us in transforming residential spaces through expert craftsmanship!
