Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Land Development Engineer to support commercial, residential, and public site development projects.

Responsibilities:

Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utilities Prepare site plans, construction drawings, and permit applications Coordinate approvals with municipalities and regulatory agencies Communicate with developers, owners, and architects Assist with construction-phase services and project management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan 4+ years of land development / site civil experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong organizational and client-service skills
