This position oversees estimating, scheduling, production, customer communication, project documentation, and financial performance while coordinating with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and production crews. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, restoration, or the insurance claims industry, with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. Experience with Xactimate and insurance adjusters is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Estimating Inspect properties, develop scopes of work and estimates, prepare budgets, negotiate approvals, manage change orders, and oversee projects from start to finish. Utilize Xactimate, CRM, and program software to maintain accurate project information.
Customer & Client Relations:
Provide responsive, professional communication throughout the project. Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Production & Operations:
Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and resources. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, timelines, and profitability while ensuring work is completed according to company and industry standards.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain complete job files, project documentation, photographs, estimates, change orders, and production records. Ensure compliance with insurance programs, company SOPs, safety requirements, and risk-management guidelines.
Leadership & Development:
Lead and support production teams, provide coaching and direction, assist with subcontractor recruitment, and contribute to the development of employees and future leaders.
Safety & Closeout:
Promote safe work practices, conduct required vehicle inspections, address jobsite risks, and ensure all projects are properly inspected, documented, and closed out. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience. Construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience preferred. Experience working with insurance adjusters strongly preferred. Xactimate experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer-service and relationship-management abilities. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Industry certifications strongly preferred. Physical & Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based management position with occasional office responsibilities. Regular jobsite visits are required and may involve extended periods of standing and walking, driving, climbing ladders, working around scaffolding or lifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. The position may also involve working around construction materials, chemicals, dust, debris, and varying environmental conditions. Why SERVPRO?
