Nights/Weekends:

an experienced professional who excels in providing steady, high-quality leadership during non-traditional hours while upholding operational excellence and regulatory integrity. The Opportunity In this critical leadership role, you will oversee residential operations during overnight and weekend shifts at assigned SRS site(s), ensuring seamless continuity of care, staff performance, and full compliance with Adult Foster Care (AFC) regulations. You will partner closely with the Day Shift Home Manager to deliver consistent 24/7 leadership, while maintaining primary accountability for call-off coverage, real-time decision-making, and on-site presence during evenings, nights, and weekends. Your expertise will directly contribute to stable, supportive living environments where residents thrive. Core Leadership Responsibilities Provide hands-on supervision, real-time coaching, and performance management to Direct Care Workers during assigned shifts; foster accountability and professional growth in a 24/7 care setting Manage urgent staffing needs, including all call-offs from 6:00 PM

• 6:00 AM and weekends; make swift, effective coverage decisions and ensure smooth handoffs to day leadership Oversee administrative, clinical, and operational functions during shifts—including medication administration, documentation, transportation coordination, and care transitions—to maintain compliance and quality standards Deliver immediate coaching, guidance, and corrective actions using established protocols; document performance issues and collaborate with day leadership and HR on formal processes Monitor and maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and environmental standards; proactively identify and report maintenance or risk concerns Manage limited financial responsibilities (e.

g., petty cash, resident funds) during coverage periods with accurate documentation and timely communication Serve as the on-site leader for urgent external communications and client engagement; participate in on-call rotation and client-related activities as required Collaborate effectively with the Day Shift Manager to align on site priorities; support shared leadership while respecting established decision-making authority Uphold SRS core values, mission, and philosophies in all actions; perform additional duties to support exceptional resident outcomes Professional Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business administration, social sciences, human services, or a related field (strongly preferred) 2-3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential care settings (required) 1-2+ years of direct supervisory or management experience (required) Current approval/eligibility to work in Michigan Adult Foster Care (AFC) programs by relevant state, federal, and regulatory authorities Proven ability to complete and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and TB screenings Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in English Strong competency supporting individuals with mental illness (MI), developmental disabilities (DD), autism, and co-occurring conditions Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plans Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program Paid Holidays Professional development assistance and opportunities for growth within a respected, long-standing organization Why SRS?
