Position Summary The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations for residential and commercial reconstruction projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards while coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site reconstruction projects from start to finish. Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and productivity. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate daily job site activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, building codes, and company standards. Communicate project progress with Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Resolve field issues and maintain efficient workflow throughout each project. Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold Miracle Property Restoration's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of construction experience required; 3+ years of experience in a construction leadership or superintendent role preferred. Experience managing commercial and/or residential reconstruction projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications. Valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
