Field Project Support

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Site Coordinator to work directly alongside our Project Managers. This role is critical to keeping projects on track by providing boots-on-the-ground insight, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring accurate tracking of all active jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-site visits to assess project readiness and site conditions Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to support daily operations Monitor and evaluate current job progress and workload across multiple sites Identify mistakes, inefficiencies, or potential delays before they escalate Verify production rates and ensure crews are meeting performance expectations Maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting on all active jobs Communicate clearly and consistently with management regarding job status, timelines, and concerns Assist in coordinating scheduling, materials, and site logistics

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, preferably in hard surface or similar trades Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
