LIVONIA, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: The General Superintendent for Interiors will act as the point of command for all subcontractors working to finish the interior spaces of the various projects for the company.
The daily responsibilties include:
Directing daily operations, managing on-site superintendents, and ensuring self-perform interior teams are meeting project schedules, design specs, and budget goals across all active sites.

Handling daily dispatch of manpower, tools, and equipment while maintaining good relationships with union reps to ensure the job site is properly staffed with skilled trade talent.

Conducting field audits, reviewing performance reports, and actively coaching crews to maintain zero-incident safety standards and high-quality workmanship.

Reviewing project performance data to eliminate bottlenecks, and attending pre-bid meetings to provide expert input on construction methods and site feasibility The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
