Field Services Supervisor As a Field Services Supervisor you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Provides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possible Oversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practices Keeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relations Completes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contract Serves as backup/fill-in for any crew position as needed Supervises emergency response teams as needed Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as needed Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization 3+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required) Due to the potential exposure to atmospheres/waste/materials, this position requires individuals to be clean shaven at all times in order to don a respirator for protection.
