$110,000 - $155,000 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, inspections and work closely with project management to execute plans across commercial, manufacturing, and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day on-site operations and supervise construction crews and subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols and site-specific safety plans; conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Coordinate logistics, materials delivery, equipment usage, and site staging to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules; communicate required changes or clarifications to the project team. Monitor progress against schedule, identify risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Manage on-site inspections, punch lists, and handover activities in coordination with quality control and project management. Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and documentation of site activities, incidents and change orders. Mentor and train junior field staff, promote teamwork and enforce company standards for workmanship and professionalism. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety. Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects. OSHA 30 preferred.
