American Maintenance and Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and motivated College Site Supervisor to oversee the custodial operations at a local college campus. This is a part-time working supervisor position, averaging 25-35 hours per week . The successful candidate will lead a team of custodial employees while ensuring the campus is cleaned and maintained to company and client expectations. This role requires hands-on cleaning as needed, including covering employee absences and assisting with special projects. The College Site Supervisor will work closely with the on site Manager to ensure quality service, address concerns promptly, and maintain a safe, clean learning environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support the evening custodial team. Ensure all assigned campus buildings are cleaned according to company and client standards. Conduct regular quality inspections and follow up on any deficiencies. Verify employees are clocking in and out correctly. Fill in for custodial staff when needed. Train and mentor new employees. Address customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain regular communication with company management. Assist with additional campus responsibilities. Ensure employees follow all company policies, safety procedures, and attendance expectations. Promote a positive, professional work environment. Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Custodial or facilities management experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Ability to pass a background check.
