We're seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Field Manager to join our growing team and ensure that our job sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Position Summary:

The Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned crews and site operations. This role ensures work is performed to company standards, maintains clear communication between the field and office, and provides timely reporting to support accurate billing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site subcontractor crews. Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Maintain a professional and respectful environment on the job site. Conduct daily and weekly site walks to document progress, identify issues, and support proactive problem-solving. Track and collect accurate production data from subcontractors for billing and reporting. Submit daily and weekly reports to the office, including photos, progress updates, and crew hours. Communicate with the Project Manager about scheduling, supply needs, and project timelines. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards. Assist with punch lists and closeout processes as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and apps for reporting and communication. Familiarity with construction billing and production tracking is a plus. Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions. May require travel to multiple job sites. Occasional extended hours depending on project needs, which would be addressed and agreed upon for specific circumstances (i.e. city requirements that a road could only be worked on specific days and/or times) Price and Price is an equal opportunity employer.

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
