  • Position requirements may include the following necessities. Specific Requirements
  • Maintain and update job files, forms and logs, email job number communications on weekly basis.
Print off drawings and scan As-Builts as needed. Create Panel Legends and store them in appropriate job folders. Facilitate certificates of insurance for projects. Set up and manage electronic drawing software. Pull electrical permits, track, follow up and maintain permit tracker. Send out Job cost and hours reports biweekly. Assist with the preparation and submission of customer packages. Create, track and submit Purchase Orders. Scan, file, create, and distribute project documents including submittals and close out documents. Maintain records of sub-contracts and agreements. Perform company prequals required Handle the close out procedure for construction projects Manage insurance audits and ensure compliance Maintain vendor certificates of insurance (COIs) Verify contract is fully executed in the file Arrange travel and accommodation. Job Budgets Identify jobs that are required to have a budget Enter budgets into foundations Run monthly budget missing report Contracts/ change orders Enter Change orders as they are provided Update Foundation budget Own Remarcable responsibilities as the primary person for this software which includes but not limited to: On board training and creating accounts Vendor support between HighPoint PO Maintenance and house keeping Reconcile PO's in foundations Monitor Remarcable email Handle software glitches, issues and modifications Field training on how to use Secondary Requirements
  • Monitor general office email, answering phones and voicemail. Enter new Work Orders for fleet management. Scan in inspection reports for fleet and update files. Perform other tasks and duties as requested. General Requirements
  • Ability to pass preemployment and random drug tests.

  • Pay is hourly with an anticipated 40 + hours a week, Monday
