This role is vital in coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality control. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, site experience, and proficiency with installation management software to drive project success from start to finish. As a key leader in our field operations, you will motivate teams, enforce safety regulations, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, managing crews and subcontractors to meet project goals Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to ensure timely progression of tasks Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide team efforts Monitor safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all work zones Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets project specifications and industry standards Manage project documentation including contracts, Prolog records, and progress reports Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, scheduling adjustments, and resource allocation to optimize productivity Requirements Proven experience supervising construction sites within commercial or heavy civil projects Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Prolog Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, construction safety management, and quality assurance processes Ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining clear managerial communication Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and federal construction safety regulations Skilled in crew management, project scheduling coordination, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously Construction site experience with a focus on pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure preferred Valid certifications including OSHA safety training; additional certifications like Ohmmeter use or management courses are advantageous Join us as a Field Supervisor and be at the forefront of impactful construction projects!
