Job Description

Terminal Support Coordinator KAG Location:
Sarnia The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport - KAG Canada! We are seeking a Terminal Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for our Safety and Operations teams. This role supports day-to-day terminal activities, driver administration and training coordination, payroll support. Shift is Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5 PM. Onsite, Full time.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Safety and Operations teams (e.g., safety administration, recruiting support). Manage the reception area and front-line communications; maintain office supplies; administer fuel cards; maintain driver paperwork/files; coordinate travel bookings and expense submissions. Assign and set up online driver training; complete data entry in the dispatch system (TMW), including qualifications, competency assessments, and job observations. Prepare all incident reports, including required data entry to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory reporting obligations. Complete all safety statistics reporting for the terminal Ensure training and qualification records are accurate and up to date Support the recruitment process by assisting with early-stage interviews, coordinating employee training, and helping manage the hiring process.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role that includes data entry responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
