Construction Project Manager Main duties:
Lead and coordinate full construction projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and site oversight Manage budgets, subcontractors, and change orders while working closely with clients, architects, and engineers Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes and contracts Handle multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and keep strong communication with all stakeholders Strong organization, leadership, and software skills (Procore, MS Office) required; construction management experience and a relevant degree preferred
Construction Project Engineer:
Support commercial construction projects from startup through closeout by coordinating documentation, schedules, subcontractors, and communication while assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent.
Main Duties:
Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, project logs, and closeout documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to track schedules, procurement, deliverables, and overall progress. Assist with change orders, pay applications, cost tracking, budgets, and other project controls. Support field operations through jobsite visits, inspection coordination, punch-list tracking, and issue resolution. Participate in project meetings and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.
