Lansing / Grand Rapids, MI (Relocation Available)

Full-Time, Immediate Need About the Role A premier commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to lead major ground-up projects in Michigan. We need an expert builder to manage high-stakes builds while maintaining a collaborative site culture. Healthcare/hospital, high-rise, mixed-use, or multifamily experience is highly preferred. 🎯
Key Responsibilities Lead Major Builds:
Manage complex, ground-up projects, master schedules, trades, and safety.
Mentor Teams:
Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the field team.
Drive Site Culture:

Qualifications Experience:
15-25+ years in commercial construction field leadership.
Project History:
Lead experience on 12-20+ story high-rises , hospitals, or large multifamily projects.
Track Record:
Stable career progression showing start-to-finish project ownership.
