  • Requirements Commercial construction superintendent experience Experience managing ground-up construction projects Experience overseeing renovation and expansion projects Ability to lead subcontractors and field personnel Proficiency managing project schedules and sequencing activities Ability to coordinate inspections and maintain code compliance Experience conducting site safety meetings and enforcing safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience managing project quality control Ability to maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation Valid driver's license Ability to travel to project sites throughout Michigan A bit about us:•Our client is a well-established commercial construction company serving Michigan and the Midwest.
