Commercial Landscape Account Manager Superior Landscape Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing new business, building and maintaining strong commercial client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, preparing estimates, and ensuring successful execution of contracted work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial landscape maintenance and installation, sales, estimating, and client relationship management . This is a hands-on position that combines sales and business development with ongoing account management and field involvement. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working directly with clients, field teams, and management to deliver quality results. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Generate and develop new leads while cultivating strong sales relationships with existing clients. Make recommendations for property enhancements and beautification, with a focus on commercial accounts, including apartment complexes, office buildings, retail properties, schools, and similar properties. Prospect new business through cold calling, geographic marketing campaigns, referrals, and other business development efforts. Communicate with leads and clients in person, by phone, and by email regarding requested, outstanding, and recommended work. Schedule and attend client appointments and site visits to assess property needs and identify opportunities for additional services. Electronically create and deliver both fixed-price and time-and-material estimates to prospective and existing clients. Schedule accepted estimates for work and prepare accurate work orders for assigned teams, both electronically and in physical form as needed. Conduct routine site visits to monitor team productivity and performance, ensure quality standards are being met, and maintain client satisfaction. Review work orders for accuracy and completeness to support team efficiency and proper execution of work. Assist the sales team with quoting snow and ice management services for residential leads and clients of Superior Landscape Companies, LLC. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and repeat business. Proactively manage assigned client portfolios by identifying property concerns, maintenance needs, and opportunities for additional services or improvements. Schedule and conduct site walk-throughs and provide clients with quarterly property evaluations, recommendations, and analysis. Utilize CRM and other technology systems to maintain accurate client records, organize the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and monitor sales performance. Qualifications & Requirements The Commercial Landscape Account Manager should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Minimum 5 years of field experience in commercial landscape maintenance and commercial landscape installation services; required. Minimum 5 years of sales experience; required. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with landscaping best practices, maintenance techniques, and identification of plants and landscape materials; required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with sales processes, CRM systems, estimate preparation, and technology-based tools; required. Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record; required. Chauffeur's license; preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities including bending, stretching, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, reaching, twisting, sitting, walking, and running; required. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, stay organized, and communicate effectively; required. Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times; required. Ambitious, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable building relationships with clients and team members; required.
