•$140,000 (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent

•Civil Construction to lead field operations on heavy civil, commercial, and industrial projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site civil construction projects from start to finish. Supervise subcontractors and crews to meet schedule, quality, and safety goals. Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance. Review drawings and plans to support field operations and resolve issues. Coordinate concrete, utilities, grading, paving, and structural work for maximum efficiency. Track progress, maintain reports, and communicate project updates. Perform quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications. Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics. Work with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners on project challenges and changes. Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience on heavy civil, highway, industrial, or commercial projects. Experience with concrete, foundations, grading, utilities, paving, and tilt-up construction. Strong knowledge of civil plans, specifications, and construction sequencing.
