Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to oversee our fiber internet installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field operations for fiber optic installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with operations managers, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of installation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation or maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus. Minimum of 5 years experience in fiber optic installation or telecommunications. Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong technical knowledge of fiber optics, telecommunications equipment, and installation practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

$58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
