Job Description Oversee all daily jobsite operations and field activities Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel Develop and maintain project schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings Coordinate project logistics, deliveries, and site sequencing Monitor project quality and ensure work conforms to plans and specifications Communicate progress, issues, and milestones with Project Managers and stakeholders Identify and resolve field challenges proactively Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports Manage punch-list completion and project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
