$100,000-$130,000 Base Salary (DOE) Company Overview Tiello has partnered with a growing commercial General Contractor in the Twin Cities in their search for a Superintendent to support their expanding project pipeline. The company's portfolio includes ground-up construction, restaurants, retail, office, healthcare, and tenant improvements. This is a growth opportunity for a field leader who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with subcontractors, clients, and the project management team Role Summary The Superintendent will oversee ground-up commercial projects valued at approximately $2 million, with responsibility for managing multiple active sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area This individual will lead field operations from startup through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, managing inspections, and ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery. Ground-up commercial construction experience is required, and a carpentry background is preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations across multiple commercial construction sites Lead ground-up projects from site preparation and foundations through building construction, interiors, and final turnover Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and material deliveries Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues that could affect completion Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce OSHA requirements Communicate regularly with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors Maintain daily reports and accurate project documentation Manage punch lists and closeout activities to ensure successful project turnover Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience Demonstrated experience leading ground-up commercial projects from start to finish Ability to coordinate multiple sites and competing project priorities Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination bility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and ability to travel between projects throughout the Twin Cities metro Preferred Qualifications Carpentry or related field trade background Restaurant, retail, office, or healthcare construction experience Tenant improvement and occupied-facility renovation experience Procore experience OSHA 30 certification Tiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
