Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our residential new construction and remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Duties Lead Project Manager for residential new construction and remodeling projects with on-site supervision and project coordination Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage subcontractor schedules on residential new construction and remodeling projects Review plans and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction plans. Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain project cleanliness and organization Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site. Obtain building permits required for residential construction projects Attend and conduct client walk throughs, subcontractor walk throughs, and weekly progress meetings Ensure quality control standards are met on each project Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager/Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong project coordination skills with a focus on delivering quality results within deadlines. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction site management. Ability to read and understand floor plans and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Technical construction knowledge and hands on experience 10+ Years Residential Construction Project Management Carpentry and/or trimming experience Experience in residential new construction and/or remodeling
