This is a hands-on leadership role that combines construction, operations, warehouse management, technology, and process improvement. Some days you'll be helping install a premium golf simulator in a luxury home. Other days you'll be creating Standard Operating Procedures, organizing the warehouse, improving inventory systems, or finding ways to make our installation crews more efficient. We're looking for someone who naturally asks: "How can we do this better?"

What You'll Do:

Operations & Process Improvement Build and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Create installation checklists and training documentation Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems Improve scheduling, workflows, and communication Help build scalable processes as the company grows Warehouse & Inventory Organize warehouse inventory and tool storage Manage inventory and purchasing Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment Create systems that keep crews organized and efficient Installation Support Assist with premium golf simulator installations throughout the Midwest Help with framing, finish carpentry, turf installation, wall panels, technology setup, and final details Perform quality inspections before project completion Train homeowners on simulator operation and maintenance Technology Configure computers and golf simulator software Troubleshoot technology issues Standardize installation and calibration procedures

Who We're Looking For:

(Required) Passion for golf ( non-negotiable ) Construction experience Experience creating, improving, or implementing systems that made a team more efficient Strong organizational skills Comfortable with technology and learning new software Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota Preferred Experience leading construction crews or projects Experience writing SOPs or training documentation Warehouse or inventory management experience Project or operations management experience
