Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! Position Summary As a Site Manager at EMR, you'll support core operations and help advance our sustainability mission. In this role, you'll lead a skilled team, represent EMR to local customers and oversee sit safety, material flow, inventory and shipping to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Work to create an excellent experience or customers and employees while minimizing costs and maximizing volume and margin at the facility Oversee preventative checks, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities Ensure accuracy of stock through systems management Identify opportunities for operational improvements Oversee work products of third-party contractors Ensure compliance with city, county, state and federal regulations Analyze data, set goals, make recommendations and perform other duties Qualifications Management/supervisory experience of daily operations, especially in an industrial environment Hands-on experience operating equipment and machinery Experience in the recycling or demolition industry, with knowledge of scrap metal commodities Experience leading a team and committed to developing employees Preferred Qualifications Excel skills and the ability to learn our proprietary software PMP certification or similar accreditation Compensation and Benefits Salary, full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical insurance Dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match Employer paid life and disability insurance #LI-Onsite
