This position will start May 2027.Job DescriptionYou'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results.
Assist with job reporting, crew timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery/inventory, and project closeout documents.
Create, prepare, and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, status reports, and other materials as needed.
Organize and maintain construction storage container, including tools and construction materials.
Assist field personnel on site to complete projects, as needed.
Attend "tailgate" meetings prior to work to discuss jobsite hazards, JHA completion, daily objectives, and best practices.
Assist with preconstruction preparation and coordination.
Coordinate with project teams, field personnel, and site leadership to support daily project execution.
Support site needs during occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work as required by project schedules.
QualificationsYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Ability to travel nationwide to the designated job site.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license that represents a history of safe & competent driving.
Competency in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).Additional InformationPay RangeWe believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periodsMust be capable of working in hot, cold, or wet conditionsMust be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs.

Work alongside and take direction from Project Management team. Oversee and monitor project-level documentation, adhering to Knobelsdorff standards.Assist with job reporting, crew timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery/inventory, and project closeout documents.
Create, prepare, and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, status reports, and other materials as needed.
Organize and maintain construction storage container, including tools and construction materials.
Assist field personnel on site to complete projects, as needed.

Successful candidates typically bring:
Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.Ability to travel nationwide to the designated job site.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license that represents a history of safe & competent driving.

Pay Range:
