Mankato, MN Position Overview Amanicare Services, Inc. is seeking a responsible and motivated House Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential setting and ensure high-quality care for clients. This role involves staff supervision, coordination of services, and maintaining compliance with 245D standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage Oversee daily operations of the home and ensure a safe, clean environment Monitor client care, documentation, and service delivery Assist with medication administration oversight and compliance Train and onboard new staff members Communicate with case managers, families, and leadership Ensure compliance with 245D policies and procedures Handle administrative duties and reporting as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience in lieu of degree) Experience in social services, healthcare, or residential settings Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage staff and handle multiple responsibilities Valid driver's license How to Apply Please submit your resume Join our team and lead with purpose while making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
