Job Description

Our client, a leader in infrastructure and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Department supporting ongoing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical understanding of MEP systems, and excellent project management capabilities, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic organization.

Maplewood, MN What's the Job? Manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from design to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Execute annual capital expenditure plans, overseeing projects such as HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, roof replacements, and major equipment installations. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure work meets quality, safety, and technical standards. Review technical documents including shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and cost impact. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction process to verify compliance with plans and specifications. What's Needed? Proven experience in project management within construction or facility management environments. Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure projects. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative duties. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
