We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds products used in the healthcare industry. In this role, you'll receive structured training , work in a clean, modern facility , and gain experience in both mechanical and electronic assembly while helping create life-changing medical devices. Assemble medical device components using detailed work instructions Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches Perform mechanical assembly of hardware and components Operate specialized equipment for functional testing Read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and build plans Complete production and quality documentation accurately Use computers to access work instructions and record production data Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures What We're Looking For Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills Willingness to learn, cross-train, and rotate between workstations Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills (Not Required) Medical device manufacturing experience Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, or soldering experience Experience working from build plans, travelers, or production documentation Experience in regulated manufacturing environments Work Environment You'll work in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility that combines a professional manufacturing environment with a relaxed, people-focused culture.Enjoy:

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Maplewood, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
