Job Description
Office Manager Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations for a growing custom home building company Oversee bookkeeping functions including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and reconciliations Maintain job costing data and assist with budget tracking across projects Support payroll processing and coordination with external accounting partners (if applicable) Assist with the transition from QuickBooks to Viewpoint Vista , including data organization and system adoption Coordinate vendor communication, subcontractor documentation, and insurance compliance Maintain organized project files, contracts, and internal documentation Support project managers and leadership with administrative tasks and reporting Handle general HR/admin duties such as onboarding paperwork and office coordination Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role Experience in construction or a related industry strongly preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks ; experience with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction accounting software is a plus Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and job costing Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow with a respected custom home builder Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Exposure to high-end residential construction projects
