Coordinate with leadership regarding project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, production, and customer requirements. Manage subcontractor performance and hold construction partners accountable for production, quality, safety, documentation, and contractual requirements. Ensure field personnel and subcontractors understand the approved scope of work and do not perform unauthorized out-of-scope work. Ensure daily production reports, photographs, bore logs, redlines, as-builts, GPS information, material documentation, and other required project records are accurate and submitted timely. Assist with project closeout and ensure documentation necessary for customer approval and billing is complete. Monitor restoration activities and ensure disturbed areas are restored in accordance with customer, municipality, property-owner, and project requirements. Maintain professional relationships with customers, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, property owners, and other project stakeholders. Participate in customer meetings and provide accurate updates regarding production, schedules, delays, and project status. Enforce company safety policies and applicable OSHA, DOT, customer, and regulatory requirements.
